Managing a Million Things

Over the years I’ve tried my fair share of project management tools based on the recommendations of countless people, however nothing has even really grabbed me and become “must use”. This has resulted in me creating hacked together solutions using dropbox, google docs and post it notes. The net result has been a system that has been more confusing than productive. Thats until I discovered ‘Trello’.

To put it simply, Trello is a collaboration tool that organizes your projects into boards. In one glance,  Trello tells you what’s being worked on, who’s working on what, and where something is in a process. Since discovering it towards the end of 2014 on the recommendation of the Startups for the Rest of Us podcast, my productivity and project management has gone to an entirely new level.

Take a look at how I use Trello in the video below to plan everything from Blog Posts, Podcast Episodes, Virtual Assistant Tasks and an upcoming world tour. I’m confident you will find a place for this amazing FREE tool also.
